Description

You will lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of modern endpoint computing and digital workplace solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the roadmap for endpoint management, virtual desktops, and cloud-based workplace technologies.
• Lead the architecture and deployment of solutions including Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Citrix.
• Optimize enterprise collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Zoom.
• Drive automation for endpoint management, software deployment, and operational workflows using PowerShell, APIs, and AI-driven tools.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure all workplace technologies adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues and mentor cross-functional IT teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal engineering role.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Mac endpoint management.
• Proficiency with VDI solutions including Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and VMware Horizon.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, and APIs.
• Experience implementing security frameworks including Zero Trust, MFA, Conditional Access, and Defender for Endpoint.
• Proven ability to manage technical architecture and complex system components.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.
• Citrix CCP-V certification.
