You will own the architecture and implementation of complex full-stack solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable full-stack solutions that meet technical standards.
• Lead and mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and hands-on coding.
• Define technical strategy, standards, and best practices for the engineering team.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to ensure seamless software delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by championing Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Expertise in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong back-end experience with Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience with databases, data modelling, and RESTful APIs.
• Practical knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working within Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Terraform.
