Description

Lead design and development of complex software components in a SaaS multi-tenant environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-level algorithms and complex software constructs.
• Analyze and troubleshoot advanced software issues to ensure system stability.
• Champion coding standards and long-term code maintainability across the engineering team.
• Mentor team members and participate in functional requirements reviews with Product Owners.
• Provide high-level project estimates and ensure sprint commitments are met.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET 4.5+, and .NET Core.
• Strong proficiency in modern Angular (Angular 8+).
• Experience with MS SQL relational database design and querying.
• Hands-on experience with ORM tools like NHibernate or Dapper.
• Proficiency with AWS services including S3, EC2, Lambda, SNS, and SQS.
• Experience building Microservices and Event-Driven architectures.
• Practical knowledge of SaaS/multi-tenant platforms and caching with Redis or Memcached.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Jira, GitHub, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, or Office365.
