Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN environments to ensure network uptime and performance.
• Perform Level 1/Level 2 troubleshooting for Cisco-based infrastructure, including switches and routers.
• Support VLANs, trunking (802.1Q), and inter-VLAN routing; diagnose and resolve connectivity incidents.
• Act as a primary responder for LAN-related incidents and service requests, escalating complex issues when required.
• Support server connectivity within the network (physical and virtual environments) and coordinate cross-functional resolution.

Skills Required:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in network operations or NOC environments.
• CCNA and CCNP-level networking fundamentals for enterprise LAN operations.
• Cisco LAN switches experience for day-to-day operations and troubleshooting.
• Network operations experience in NOC/NOC-like environments with incident handling.
• Hands-on operational support for LAN connectivity issues and network change execution.

Good to Have:

• AWS exposure for cloud-connected network environments.
• Switching and routing depth for complex LAN/WAN scenarios.

Education: B.E. in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
