Description

You will lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of modern workplace technologies and digital endpoint solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define the technical vision and roadmap for endpoint management, virtual desktops, and cloud-based workplace solutions.
  • Architect and deploy end-user computing solutions including Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Citrix.
  • Optimize enterprise collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Zoom.
  • Drive automation in software deployment and operational workflows using PowerShell, Python, and APIs.
  • Partner with cybersecurity teams to implement Zero Trust, MFA, Conditional Access, and Defender for Endpoint.
  • Act as the highest escalation point for complex technical issues and mentor engineering teams.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT with at least 5 years in a senior or principal engineering role.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Mac endpoint management.
  • Proficiency with VDI solutions including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, and VMware Horizon.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, and APIs.
  • Experience implementing security frameworks such as Zero Trust and Conditional Access.
  • Proven ability to manage technical architecture and complex system components.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.
  • Citrix CCP-V certification.
