Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable backend systems using Java.
• Drive backend architecture decisions, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver new features.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and resolve production issues.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to system modernization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of strong backend development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java and backend development.
• Expertise in System Design and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and Backend Development principles.
• Proven experience in Performance Optimization and tuning.
• Solid understanding of scalable architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience in technical leadership roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GoLang.
• Familiarity with Scala.
