You will guide the technical strategy and implementation for complex solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Recommend technical approaches for implementing solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
• Lead complex Power Platform projects through analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation.
• Define and establish standards and guidelines for consistent Power Platform development processes.
• Design architecture focusing on end-to-end business transactions, data accuracy, security, scalability, and performance.
• Mentor developers on patterns, standards, framework components, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Power Platform development.
• 5+ years of experience specifically with PowerApps Canvas, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
• Expertise in enterprise-grade solution design, configuration, deployment, testing, and security.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform Pipelines for CI/CD, ALM workflows, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in solution packaging, managed environments, and Dataverse schema design.
• Experience with security and access control models in both Power Platform and SharePoint.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving critical and complex incidents.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
