Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement ALM workflows and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives and IT strategy.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor developers on best practices, architecture standards, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, access control models, and governance frameworks in Power Platform and SharePoint.
• Manage solution packaging, environment strategy, and Dataverse schema design.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in PowerApps Canvas app development and advanced app architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation and system integrations.
• Solid understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices within Power Platform environments.
• Strong command of design patterns and scalable solution architecture principles.
• Experience working with SharePoint Online for data management and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse schema design, data modeling, and environment management.
• Strong understanding of security models, role-based access control, and governance within Power Platform.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Any Graduate level education or equivalent professional background.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and defining architecture standards.
