Description

Lead the design, architecture, and development of virtual assistant solutions. Act as a technical advisor to leadership on applications, security, and web technologies. Mentor engineers and enforce coding standards. Oversee deployment, monitoring, and scalability of virtual assistant systems. Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of engineering experience in software development.
• 7+ years building virtual assistant solutions or conversational AI applications.
• 5+ years of expertise in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and AI.
• 5+ years of proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and API integrations.
• Strong experience with Kafka and Apache Flink.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring engineers and collaborating across teams.
