Description

Lead the design and customization of Distributed Order Management (DOM) and Order Management Systems (OMS), with a specific focus on IBM Sterling.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize DOM and OMS solutions using IBM Sterling.
• Develop system extensions for DOM and Inventory Visibility modules.
• Manage and execute workloads within an onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Deliver high-impact technical results through independent initiative and teamwork.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing, implementing, or customizing IBM Sterling OMS or similar DOM/OMS systems.
• Expertise in Java and J2EE.
• Proficiency with XML and XSLT.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Hands-on experience with middleware technologies.
• Experience working with public cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
