Description

You will provide technical leadership and shape the engineering roadmap for mission-critical, highly scalable platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade Java applications.
• Develop microservices-based distributed systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Drive cloud adoption on Azure, ensuring scalable, secure deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including CI/CD, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Mentor senior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in technical leadership.
• Expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong foundation in software architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with Azure cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of building distributed, microservices-based systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and technical decision-making skills.
