Drive strategic IT planning and enterprise architecture for large-scale software engineering initiatives in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design from inception through proof of concept.
• Define platforms, products, operating models, and change management strategies.
• Manage all technology-related aspects within the delivery team.
• Proactively engage stakeholders to propose and implement high-level plans.
• Analyze code to understand execution flow and perform deep debugging.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on strategic planning and enterprise architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Rust, and Go.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.
• Hands-on experience in software development and the full software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, MLOps, and associated tooling.
• Experience in risk management and software engineering, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, or Science.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of trade life cycles and financial products including Treasury, FX, Bonds, Credit, and IRD.
• Exposure to Capital Market FO/BO systems.
