Description

Required Experience
✅ 7+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
✅ 5+ years of experience leading large-scale distributed server environments within a financial institution.
✅ 5+ years of technology leadership experience in fast-paced Agile environments.
✅ 5+ years of successful technology delivery experience with a proven track record.
✅ 5+ years of Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and/or Technology Operations experience.
✅ 5+ years of hands-on coding experience.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Define and execute the Data Center Core Infrastructure Build Strategy.
✔ Develop neighborhood alignment strategies by identifying and executing technology and business-function migrations across data center environments.
✔ Identify infrastructure dependencies, mitigate associated risks, and ensure proper sequencing of migration and build activities.
✔ Develop and maintain integrated build, migration, and exit roadmaps with detailed execution schedules.
✔ Align migration plans with major code releases to leverage planned checkout, validation, and verification activities.
✔ Perform hands-on coding to develop and enhance systems supporting migration, infrastructure builds, capacity planning, and progress tracking.
✔ Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions perform as expected.
✔ Define and implement multiple data migration strategies and use cases, including:
🔹 Database Migration
🔹 Object Storage Migration
🔹 NAS Migration
🔹 Backup Migration
🔹 Unstructured User Data Migration
✔ Reduce risk concentration by distributing critical application migrations across appropriate timeframes.
✔ Assess non-standard hosting environments and define migration strategies for technologies such as Unisys, Teradata, and iSeries.
✔ Evaluate multi-tenant applications and ensure resilience, capacity, and operational readiness across target data center environments.
✔ Develop migration approaches for enterprise applications, shared services, and complex infrastructure dependencies
