You will shape technology strategy by modeling the interactions between people, processes, and technology to align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Compile and evangelize end-to-end technology roadmaps to guide the evolution of infrastructure, products, and services.
• Develop and deliver architectural guardrails while ensuring compliance across multiple technology domains.
• Drive the evolution of infrastructure and processes by influencing key decision makers.
• Mentor team members on best practices and identify training opportunities to build internal bench strength.
• Manage architectural coverage for more than four concurrent complex projects with delivery teams of 20-50 people.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in wireless telecom architecture, covering Device, Access, Core, Transport, Customer systems, and/or Enterprise systems.
• 12+ years of experience modeling as-is and to-be architectures based on specific business requirements.
• Expertise in strategic analysis, business architecture, and technology architecture.
• Proven ability to communicate enterprise-wide issues and big-picture strategy to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
