Lead release engineering and version control for production-quality firmware releases.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire release process, including branch management and software version control.
• Develop release plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Own CI pipelines for downstream firmware release processes.
• Provide tested, production-quality downstream firmware releases to partners.
• Line manage, coach, and mentor a team of software engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in release management and release automation of product-quality system software.
• Proven experience in software building and build management for official downstream software release candidates.
• Engineering management experience leading diverse teams across multiple locations.
• Experience managing CI pipelines.
• Technical familiarity with Linux Kernel, TF-A, and EDK II.
• Any Graduate degree.
