Description

You will lead frontend engineering initiatives and own the technical direction of web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify, uphold, and apply web engineering best practices.
• Design and develop frameworks for scalable web applications.
• Set, monitor, and actively improve web application performance indicators.
• Review existing and new web application code, and plan future application upgrades.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate on design and implementation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of strong Web-UI development experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• At least 5 years of commercial experience with React/Redux (within the last 2 years).
• Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES 2015+).
• Knowledge of automated testing strategies (unit, functional).
• Experience with build tools like Webpack or Rollup.
• Familiarity with HTTP, APIs, and the browser rendering cycle.
• Experience with Git and npm in a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Software Design Principles and Patterns.
• Experience with accessibility standards (WAI-ARIA, WCAG).
