Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable IWMS client platforms and microservices for the intermediary business using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop highly scalable applications and platforms using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices patterns.
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EKS/ECS, Lambda, SQS, EC2, S3) using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design RESTful APIs with strict adherence to versioning, isolation, and authentication standards (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
• Ensure system reliability through comprehensive test automation (Cucumber, Karate) and observability tools (Datadog, Splunk).
• Collaborate with product management and architecture teams to translate requirements into functional, secure software solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java/JEE, Spring/Spring Boot, and RESTful services.
• Deep experience with AWS services including EKS, ECS, Lambda, SQS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and API gateways (Stratum, WSO2, Tomcat).
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, along with Python for scripting or tooling.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Terraform and Jenkins, and test automation frameworks like Cucumber and Karate.
• Conversant in API documentation frameworks (Swagger) and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certifications and hands-on experience with Azure.
• Experience with DevSecOps automation, including security test automation in CI/CD pipelines.
