Description

You will own the technical direction and implementation of complex systems across the full software lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Provide technical vision and drive full lifecycle ownership of services from inception through production.
• Lead medium to large software projects, coordinating requirements, estimates, and priorities.
• Anticipate system bottlenecks and architect necessary solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers on technical best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years developing enterprise or cloud software using Java or related languages.
• 3+ years in a tech lead or similar capacity.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, MongoDB, Kubernetes, and Containerization.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot or similar backend frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects from conception to release.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple engineers and cross-functional teams.
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
