Lead technical architecture and development of core product components from proof of concept to market.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement core product components, balancing iteration speed with technical rigor.
• Own entire codebases and drive technical projects from initial concept to production.
• Lead technical design, agile development processes, and CI/CD implementation.
• Integrate AI technologies, specifically NLP, into product-focused solutions.
• Manage infrastructure and deployment using AWS services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
• Expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend development.
• Strong experience with SQL and Postgres databases.
• Experience with RPC and Temporal or similar orchestration platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead technical design and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience working in healthcare or regulated industries handling PHI.
• Understanding of NLP and AI application in product development.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the healthcare sector.
