Description

You will lead the design and development of user interfaces, Java microservices, and messaging middle-tier services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces using Angular and core web technologies.
• Build and maintain Java microservices and AKKA/Kafka messaging services.
• Own the CI/CD pipelines, source control strategy, and production release management.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership within an agile delivery environment.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide Level 3 production support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in Java server-side development and Spring/SpringBoot.
• Hands-on experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency in Angular, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging frameworks.
• Strong SQL development skills, including Oracle and PLSQL procedures.
• Experience managing build and deployment pipelines using Jenkins and Maven.
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and deployment strategies like Blue/Green.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cucumber, Karate, or Cypress testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of AWS, Docker, EKS, and serverless architecture.
