You will lead the design, training, and deployment of large language models and generative AI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLMs using prompt engineering, RAG, and agent architectures.
• Maintain high-quality, scalable code in Python and SQL, focusing on reusable components.
• Deploy GenAI applications on Azure, GCP, or AWS, optimizing resource usage and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product owners and business SMEs to translate requirements into impactful AI products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor the engineering team on LLM development best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience building Machine Learning models and systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI, including prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
• Expert proficiency in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, GCP, or AWS) for GenAI application deployment.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business SMEs.
• Any Graduate.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring engineering teams on LLM development.
• Proven track record of deploying scalable AI products.
