Description

You will lead the design and implementation of advanced Generative AI solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize LLM-based solutions using prompt engineering, RAG, and agent architectures.
• Maintain high-quality, scalable codebases in Python and SQL, focusing on reusable components.
• Deploy GenAI applications on Azure, GCP, or AWS, managing CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with product owners and SMEs to translate requirements into impactful AI products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor the engineering team on LLM development best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience building Machine Learning models and systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques (prompt engineering, RAG, agents).
• Expert proficiency in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL.
• Demonstrable understanding of Azure, GCP, or AWS cloud services for GenAI application building.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with business SMEs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangGraph for complex agent workflows.
