Description

Lead the design, training, and deployment of LLM-based solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy large language models using prompt engineering, RAG, and agent architectures.
• Build high-quality, scalable Python and SQL code with a focus on reusable components.
• Deploy GenAI applications on Azure, GCP, or AWS, optimizing resource usage and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with product owners and data scientists to translate business requirements into AI products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers on LLM and machine learning best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience building Machine Learning models and systems.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques (prompt engineering, RAG, agents).
• Expert proficiency in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL.
• Experience developing GenAI applications on at least one major cloud platform (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
• Deep understanding of LLM internals and mechanics.
• Minimum 2 years tenure in each previous company.
• Experience with LLMs, LangGraph, and RAG frameworks.
