Description

You will lead the technical transformation of the ESRI GIS platform to ArcGIS Utility Network for gas transmission, storage, distribution, and land data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, development, and testing of complex software systems and operating system architecture integrations.
• Drive the transition from legacy systems to ArcGIS Utility Network while addressing technology obsolescence.
• Establish geospatial governance, including standards, controls, and authoritative content to support geospatial intelligence.
• Translate business workflows and requirements into actionable technical strategies and project plans.
• Define project standards, processes, and system scopes in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software architecture, design, development, and configuration management.
• Proficiency in Python and Arcade.
• Deep understanding of ESRI GIS platforms and ArcGIS Utility Network.
• Experience with network analysis, asset management, work management, and customer information systems.
• Strong knowledge of database management, including data modeling, data structures, and warehousing.
• Expertise in software design principles such as scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Experience delivering projects using the Agile framework.
• Knowledge of software test methodologies, test scripting, and testing tools.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and software deployment best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing change and release tools across multiple teams and technologies.
• Ability to manage and work effectively with contract employees and vendors.
