You will lead the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow Human Resources solutions, ensuring alignment with CIS best practices and platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
Design and configure complex workflows and business rules within the ServiceNow platform.
Implement and customize CIS-Human Resources modules to meet organizational requirements.
Leverage deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules and integrations to drive technical strategy.
Maintain active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and two other CIS certifications.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in technical ServiceNow skills, including workflow configuration and business rule development.
1+ year of hands-on experience implementing CIS-Human Resources.
5+ years of strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and integrations.
Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Active Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in at least two other ServiceNow applications.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ServiceNow integration hub or API management.
Background in HR process optimization or transformation projects.
