Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate software delivery.
• Implement deployment strategies across multiple environments leveraging Argo CD and Helm charts.
• Develop and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions, including Datadog dashboards for actionable system insights.
• Enforce security best practices and healthcare compliance, automating security checks and vulnerability assessments.
• Collaborate with architects, tech leads, development, QA, and product teams to integrate DevOps practices throughout the SDLC.
• Analyze and optimize system performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis during production incidents.
• Ensure smooth transition of deployments and operational readiness to Production Operations teams.
• Maintain clear documentation for infrastructure, processes, and deployment workflows.

Experience Required

• 7-12 years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or cloud-native application deployment.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring tools like Datadog and New Relic.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Argo CD, Helm charts, and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and security standards is a plus.
