Description

You will design and implement enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a primary focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM). You own the secure integration of IAM systems across the organization, ensuring strict adherence to governance and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy PAM capabilities, including credential vaulting, password rotation, and secure access workflows using CyberArk.
• Implement API-based secret retrieval for applications and CI/CD pipelines to enforce secure access patterns.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies, ensuring consistent adherence across all enterprise systems and teams.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in IAM architectures and recommend remediation actions.
• Mentor engineering teams on IAM/PAM best practices and drive automation initiatives for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with deep expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Hands-on implementation and management experience with CyberArk PAM.
• Strong knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and secure authentication mechanisms.
• Experience integrating IAM solutions via APIs for secret management and application access.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools, specifically Azure DevOps, for secure pipeline integration.
• Understanding of encryption standards for securing data at rest and in transit.
• Ability to design secure IAM architectures and enforce governance frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HAM (Hardware Access Management) roles and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of PAM4 Serdes and advanced hardware security integration.
