Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure management with a focus on monitoring and performance optimization tools, specifically Splunk, Grafana, and Dynatrace. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure monitoring solutions using Splunk, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
• Analyze system performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve infrastructure efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement infrastructure best practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure management processes and procedures.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in infrastructure management and monitoring tools.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in the use of monitoring tools and infrastructure best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Splunk for log management and analysis.
• Proficient in Grafana for data visualization and monitoring.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure management principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Experience in network management and security protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in infrastructure management or monitoring tools are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
