Own the design, implementation, and management of infrastructure monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability, availability, and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring solutions using Splunk, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
• Analyze system performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for infrastructure issues to minimize downtime.
• Define and implement infrastructure best practices across cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior team members on monitoring tools and infrastructure management.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Splunk for log management and analysis.
• Proficient in Grafana for data visualization and monitoring.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure management.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure management principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
