You will lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of hybrid infrastructure solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-grade solutions spanning compute, storage, networking, and VMware vSphere.
• Drive Infrastructure-as-Code adoption using Terraform, Ansible, and Azure-native tools.
• Establish standards for availability, performance, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
• Provide Tier-3 escalation support and oversee infrastructure lifecycle management, including cost optimization.
• Partner with Security teams to implement zero-trust architecture and ensure compliance.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, governance).
• Proficiency with VMware vSphere virtualization.
• Hands-on automation experience with Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.
• Experience managing Windows and Linux server environments.
• Strong background in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
• Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts (routing, switching, firewalls).
• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk or SolarWinds.
