Description

You will lead compute platform engineering with a focus on automation and large-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy virtualization architectures using VMware, OpenShift, or KubeVirt.
• Evaluate application architectures to identify containerization opportunities for improved scalability.
• Manage large-scale environments comprising bare metal, tens of thousands of VMs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform and configuration management tools.
• Develop tools for data analysis, performance profiling, and tracking key performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in compute platform engineering and automation.
• Proficiency in Go and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and configuration management tools.
• Expertise in VMware, OpenShift, or KubeVirt platforms.
• Experience managing large-scale virtualized environments and bare metal.
• Strong analytical skills for defining and tracking performance metrics.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of Storage, DNS, AD, and Security Tools.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, IaC, and leveraging LLMs for AIOps optimization.
