Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of high-performance, low-latency brokerage and trading systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver highly available integrated systems and low-latency trading platforms using Java or Golang.
• Design and develop REST API platforms and microservices to ensure seamless system integration.
• Build and maintain asynchronous platforms using messaging technologies like Kafka and AMQ.
• Develop automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines tailored for integrated environments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team regarding system integration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Golang.
• Deep knowledge of messaging platforms including Kafka and AMQ.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL and Postgres, and stored procedures.
• Expertise in designing and developing REST API platforms.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience managing integrated systems using Git, Jenkins, and Jira.
• Hands-on experience with Unix and Linux operating systems.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
