Description

Design and drive the IT architecture strategy to align with business goals and industry best practices. Lead the creation of scalable, secure enterprise solutions across application, infrastructure, data, and integration layers.

Responsibilities

• Execute VMWare migration initiatives to transition on-premises workloads to cloud environments.
• Define and enforce architecture governance processes, including the Architecture Review Board and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with senior executives to define architectural roadmaps and recommend solutions for business challenges.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers while coordinating with security and business solution teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT architect focusing on enterprise-level architecture and strategic planning.
• Deep expertise in Azure and Azure AD.
• Hands-on experience with VMWare and migrating on-prem environments to Azure.
• Proficiency with Terraform and hyperconverged technologies.
• Strong understanding of networking design and architecture, specifically SD-WAN.
• Experience implementing security, privacy, and identity management within enterprise frameworks.
• Ability to create solution design documentation, diagrams, and architectural policies.
• Proven track record of leading architectural initiatives and driving organizational change.
