Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements to define and drive system improvements.
• Manage and optimize Salesforce platform functionality to meet evolving needs.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
• Document processes and requirements to support continuous platform optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• 3+ years of direct experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Current or recent hands-on experience working with Salesforce.
• Ability to work onsite in Juno Beach, FL.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Principal IT Business Systems Analyst.
