Lead the design, development, and testing of complex software systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and develop software solutions while ensuring all change and release requirements are met.
• Lead and mentor team members through coaching, formal training, and technical guidance.
• Gather requirements, produce technical estimates, and create architectural designs.
• Optimize internal processes through automation and continuous integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business groups to resolve test errors and implement best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of applicable professional experience.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Advanced T-SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and cursors.
• Experience working with REST APIs and multi-tiered applications.
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC, including coding standards, code reviews, and source control.
• Experience writing functional and regression tests.
• Knowledge of Epicor ERP/Kinetic products, including UI, BPMs, Functions, and SDK customization.
• Proficiency with Epicor Administration Console.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business users and management.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of programming experience specifically within Epicor ERP.
• Experience with Epicor ECM, IDC, Quick Ship, SFDC, or BarTender.
