Responsibilities

• Plan and manage IT programs and projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee budgeting and risk management for technology initiatives.
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks.
• Communicate status and risks clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT program or project management.
• Expertise in IT Program delivery and complex technology programs.
• Proficiency with PMP standards and certification.
• Proven success delivering large-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe Agilist certification.
• Familiarity with Portfolio Management practices.
