Description

Lead technical design and delivery of mission-critical Java applications, owning workstreams from architecture to performance optimization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of mission-critical applications using Core Java.
• Own technical design and end-to-end delivery of assigned solutions.
• Perform server-side tuning and performance optimization on existing systems.
• Drive technical decisions and take full ownership of assigned workstreams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years total development experience, with 8+ years focused on Java.
• Expert proficiency in Core Java: Multithreading, Concurrency, Memory Management, Exception Handling.
• Demonstrated experience with the Spring framework.
• Experience with performance tuning of mission-critical applications.
• Familiarity with AWS services (ECS, EC2, CloudFormation).
• Strong ability to work independently and drive solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kernel level programming.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Node.js, or React.
• Domain experience in Financial Services.
