You will architect, design, and implement complex enterprise-grade software systems using Java.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful Web Services.
• Develop web applications leveraging the Spring Framework, including DI and AOP.
• Oversee project planning and implement best practices for technical solutions.
• Mentor team members and drive initiatives to deliver high-quality software.
• Lead high-performing engineering teams within an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Java/J2EE technologies.
• Expertise in Java, Java EE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Proficiency in building back-end APIs using Spring Boot.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies emphasizing quality and standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading high-performing software engineering teams.
