Description

Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers across Agile squads to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design and implement microservices architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins to ensure continuous integration and delivery.
• Implement behavioral driven development (BDD) using the Behave framework to validate service functionality.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of software products, including development, testing, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of software development experience, including significant leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Experience with frontend frameworks, specifically Angular or React, and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and RESTful service design.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with AWS tools and services for cloud infrastructure.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitLab or Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Open Source RDBMS, NoSQL, and PostgreSQL databases.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
