Description

You will act as a technical advisor to healthcare customers, managing product deployments and long-term relationships to drive the adoption of digital marketing and health experience products.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers, maintaining consistent touch-points with key stakeholders to align with their strategic goals.
• Lead the onboarding process for products, including project management, technical requirement gathering, and platform training.
• Provide marketing strategy expertise and thought leadership regarding product capabilities and best practices.
• Monitor product adoption and analyze data to identify opportunities for measuring value and success.
• Support growth by identifying opportunities for additional product integration based on customer needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing automation implementation and configuration.
• 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, account management, or customer success consulting.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
• Experience in business requirement gathering and managing client expectations during technical projects.
• Ability to define data requirements with a focus on data architecture and integrity.
• Experience analyzing and optimizing campaign performance.
• Experience successfully warming multiple email IPs and domains.
• Strong ability to lead data-driven discussions and engage with senior-level clients.
• Ability to solve open-ended problems in unstructured environments and deliver prescriptive solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer visits.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, Consultant, or Developer certification.
• Experience with PowerBI, Datorama, or other BI tools.
• Experience with workflows, CRM solutions, and healthcare data sets.
