Roles & Responsibilities:

• Test drive and implement complex features with quality in a timely manner
• Review team's code and suggest improvements to maintain high quality standards
• Efficiently refactor existing code to improve overall quality and performance
• Collaborate with Architects to review and propose architectural design changes
• Interact constructively with Business Analysts to estimate complexity and workload
• Choose the most appropriate technical solution to meet user requirements
• Reach optimal requirement artifacts that will lead to working software solutions
• Interact constructively with other IT teams to ensure seamless collaboration

Experience Required: 9 to 12 years of experience with developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft stack of technologies. Strong working knowledge of web application development using .NET technologies. Experience with SOLID principles and design patterns. Good understanding of UML, object-oriented programming and design principles. Should have worked on at least one SOA project. Strong experience in designing and working with n-tier architecture. Should have worked in AGILE practice methodology preferably SCRUM. Able to provide technical recommendations and solve technical problems.

Education: Bachelors in Engineering or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
