Lead the architectural design and implementation of secure, scalable hybrid network infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and enforce network security using next-gen firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, and VPNs.
• Lead the design of secure hybrid cloud and on-prem network architectures integrating SASE and Zero Trust.
• Develop network automation tools and Infrastructure-as-Code practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Optimize network performance through proactive monitoring, tuning, and configuration improvements.
• Serve as the final escalation point for complex network issues and deep root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of progressive experience in network engineering and large-scale hybrid infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, and F5.
• Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, and VPN technologies.
• Proficiency in cloud-native networking across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience building automation frameworks using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Proven track record with SD-WAN, Zero Trust, and network segmentation.
• Strong background in network security, IDS/IPS, and compliance standards.
• Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, Splunk, and SolarWinds.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing risk assessments and compliance audits (ISO, NIST).
• Background in 24x7 support environments with strict SLA adherence.
