Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage enterprise network architecture and B2B connectivity solutions.
• Configure and optimize IPsec/IKEv2 VPN, WAN, MPLS, and Internet connectivity.
• Work with BGP, routing and switching, NAT, and VRF segmentation.
• Lead network architecture reviews and approve major network initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Establish network engineering standards and best practices.
• Drive network modernization, automation, scalability, and resiliency.
• Work with Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto network technologies.
• Support cloud networking solutions across AWS and Azure.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with vendors and senior leadership.
• Use enterprise-approved AI tools, including GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot, to improve engineering and documentation workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Strong Cisco networking and enterprise network architecture expertise.
• Hands-on experience with B2B connectivity and partner integrations.
• Expert knowledge of IPsec/IKEv2 VPN, static and route-based VPNs.
• Strong experience with BGP, WAN, MPLS, routing and switching.
• Experience with NAT, VRF, and network security.
• Advanced network troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of Cisco ISR, ASR, Catalyst, and Nexus platforms.
• Experience with network architecture, governance, and technical leadership.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Experience using enterprise-approved AI tools.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent expert-level experience.
• Experience with Arista switching and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Python-based network automation.
• AWS and Azure networking.
• Visio and advanced network documentation.
• Experience with global engineering teams and large-scale network transformations.
• Healthcare, government, or other regulated enterprise experience
