Required Skills

• 4 to 8 years of professional experience in recruitment.
• Proven expertise in IT recruitment lifecycle management.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Immediate availability or short notice period (0-15 days).
• Ability to commute and work from the Chennai, Tamil Nadu office.
