Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and own the long-term technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for platform domains across the engineering organization.
• Lead architectural design for complex, cross-functional platform solutions with strong security, compliance, scalability, and cost discipline.
• Drive solutions for ambiguous, large-scale platform problems through deep technical analysis and prototyping.
• Establish engineering standards and best practices, and lead by example to improve platform quality and reliability.
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, elevating engineering capability across teams.

Skills Required:

• 10 - 16 years of experience in software and platform engineering, including technical leadership in staff/principal-level capacity
• DevOps (platform engineering leadership and operational excellence)
• AWS and Google Cloud (GCP) for multi-cloud platform architecture and engineering
• Software Development with strong engineering fundamentals for building and evolving platform systems
• Cloud-native platform engineering experience aligned to enterprise-scale reliability and scalability

Good to Have:

• Java
• Python

Education: Engineering degree (or equivalent practical experience)
