Description

Lead the design and implementation of flexible platform capabilities for engineering teams building customer-facing products.

Responsibilities

• Design flexible platform capabilities in collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Build a 3+ year roadmap for platform capabilities including project plans, requirements, dependency maps, and cost models.
• Serve as the technical Product Manager for backend capabilities, working with Engineering Managers to launch new features.
• Guide engineering teams through the technical adoption of new platform capabilities.
• Drive improvements in functionality, ease of use, performance, and cost using data and experimentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience building scalable platforms.
• 3+ years of experience leading successful engineering teams.
• 3+ years of experience integrating customer feedback into system requirements.
• Proven experience defining a technology vision and launching software systems to achieve it.
• Experience driving prioritization for new software launches and post-launch optimizations.
• Ability to communicate adoption progress and technical updates to leadership.
