Description

Lead process automation for commercial drug product Fill Finish manufacturing operations in a GMP environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot manufacturing operation issues to maintain production continuity.
• Implement new automation systems and manufacturing technologies.
• Develop automation solutions for sterile vial filling operations.
• Support bio/pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities within a GMP environment.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in process engineering automation.
• Direct experience with DeltaV and Rockwell Automation DCS.
• Hands-on experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MES, Client systems, and SCADA.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and P&ID drawings.
• Experience with robotics, vision systems, and motion control.
• Knowledge of servo drives and mechatronics.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with change control and good documentation practices.
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
