Key Responsibilities

• Translate validated opportunities into product experiences; explore multiple solution directions before converging
• Define future-state workflows and interaction models aligned to long-term vision
• Prototype at the right fidelity to improve product decisions — not just communicate designs
• Use AI to accelerate concept exploration and iteration
• Validate concepts with users and stakeholders before engineering investment
• Evolve reusable interaction patterns, experience principles, and visual language
• Grow and maintain the experience system from proven patterns
• Improve Design–Engineering collaboration and recommend workflow improvements
• Coach designers and elevate product design practices across the team

Required Skills

• Senior-level product design expertise with a strong interaction design portfolio
• Rapid prototyping skills across multiple fidelity levels
• Experience building and evolving design systems and component libraries
• Ability to partner with Product, Discovery, and Engineering teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience using AI-enabled design workflows
• History of coaching or mentoring designers
• Experience on enterprise-scale or platform products
