Description

Lead product design strategy, interaction models, and design systems for enterprise-scale platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate validated opportunities into product experiences, exploring multiple solution directions before converging.
• Define future-state workflows and interaction models aligned with the long-term product vision.
• Prototype at appropriate fidelity to improve product decisions and validate concepts with users and stakeholders.
• Evolve and maintain the experience system, including reusable interaction patterns and visual language.
• Coach designers, elevate product design practices, and improve Design–Engineering collaboration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of senior-level product design expertise with a strong interaction design portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma for rapid prototyping across multiple fidelity levels.
• Experience building and evolving design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to partner effectively with Product, Discovery, and Engineering teams.
• Strong background in experience strategy and UI/UX design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using AI-enabled design workflows to accelerate concept exploration.
• History of coaching or mentoring designers.
