Responsibilities

• Ship compelling products through both 0-1 development phases and 1-n scaling cycles.
• Apply strong UI intuition and taste to deliver intuitive, successful product interfaces.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging design trends to inform product direction.
• Collaborate and negotiate with diverse teams to execute design visions.
• Experiment with new ideas and emerging technologies to elevate user experiences.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional design experience.
• Proven track record of building and shipping high-quality products.
• Expertise in UI design and user intuition.
• Experience solving enterprise-level problems with consumer-centric solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing both initial product launches and iterative improvements.
